Temple Works Events

From 2011 until 2013 I worked on a series of experimental events with the Urban Exploration collective at Temple Works, Leeds, including installations and performances at Jamie Reid’s Ragged Kingdom exhibition.

In July 2012 Urban Exploration improvised live for four hours collaborating with various different artists, including Jenny Kosmowsky (opera singer/artist), Rowan Reid (singer songwriter) and UMCorps (ambient electronics). They used two modular synthesizers, three tape echos and various home-made instruments and effects to create the sound - the huge 80,000 sq foot main space in Temple Works was also used as a live echo chamber.
